SEO is the process of improving the quality or volume of traffic to a website from search engines via search results. When people hear about SEO if they see it as a daunting task. Yes, I agree that SEO is a tedious process that you need to do constantly. However, under the advice, I will share with you, you can certainly improve the ranking on search engines and get more traffic to your website.
1. Targeting the right keywords. By optimizing the wrong keywords, you have wasted time, money and effort. It is therefore important to conduct a thorough search of keywords to identify the best set of keywords and keyphrases. The keywords should be closely linked to what your site offers.
2. Create quality content. When it comes to SEO, content is king. With quality content, you can transform your website link bait. Other webmasters will link to your site so you can share your good content on your website with the public. So, update your content regularly. The last thing he wants to do is have a website that contains outdated content.

The Google ranking is much important for me
than the Alexa Rankings.
The Pagerank for me is the basis of the success of a certain site IMO...
In my opinion the area where so many sites fall short is in the linking. Many people separate social media, link building, podcasting, videos, reputation management, public relations and establishing them selves as an expert from search engine optimization. I contend that they are one in the same and that the off site efforts are in fact at least 70% of the game. Almost everything that is done off site can be done in the name of linking.
